We don't just want a marketer; we want a growth architect who can dismantle a funnel and rebuild it with twice the efficiency.
In this role, you will be joining a team of obsessive experimenters. We believe that growth is not a department, but a fundamental property of our product. You will be tasked with identifying untapped leverage points in our user acquisition journey and applying rigorous testing methodologies to prove your hypotheses.
Core Strategic Responsibilities
- Experimentation Engine: You will own the growth backlog. This means prioritizing 10+ experiments per week across landing pages, ad creative, onboarding flows, and referral loops.
- Data & Analytics: You'll work closely with our data engineering team to ensure every event is tracked. You should be comfortable writing SQL queries and building complex attribution models to understand the true LTV of our cohorts.
- Channel Diversification: We don't believe in relying on a single source of traffic. You will lead the charge into emerging channels—whether that's influencer-led growth, programmatic SEO, or viral engineering.
Your Roadmap: The First 90 Days
Month 1: The Audit. You will deep-dive into our historical data. You will speak with at least 50 customers to understand the 'Aha!' moment. By the end of day 30, you will have presented a roadmap of 'Quick Wins' and 'Big Bets'.
Month 2: The Sprint. This is about velocity. You will launch your first major cross-functional experiment. You'll work with engineering to ship a new feature designed solely for viral expansion or improved activation.
Month 3: The Scale. With initial data in hand, you will begin scaling the winners. You'll work on automating the processes that worked manually and start building out the sub-team necessary to maintain this growth rate.
